Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Undeliverable packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Lost packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will file a claim and either reship the order or issue store credit at our discretion.
Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s). See our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged item claims.
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take additional time. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
