How long does shipping take?
US orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 5–7 business days via fully insured carrier. All orders require a signature on delivery. Expedited options are available at checkout for collectors in a hurry.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with rates calculated by region at checkout. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, plus any customs processing. The customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT or fees assessed by their country.
How do I track my order?
Once your piece ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link. If it's been more than 2 business days and you haven't received tracking, email contact@chrome-universe.com and we'll investigate immediately.
When will my order ship?
In-stock pieces ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Custom, made-to-order and special-commission pieces take 2–6 weeks depending on complexity — we'll confirm the lead time by email before the bench starts work.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces in original condition with all packaging and tags. Returns are issued as store credit only, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Custom, engraved and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
How do I return an item?
Email contact@chrome-universe.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll issue a return authorization and shipping instructions. The piece must arrive in original, unworn condition with all packaging — return shipping is the customer's responsibility and must be fully insured.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, within the same 14-day window. Size exchanges on rings are subject to the same restocking fee unless the piece has already been sized up or down once by our bench. For a smoother exchange, use our Size Guide before ordering or email us for personalized sizing help.

Are your pieces authentic sterling silver?
Yes. Every silver piece is struck from solid .925 sterling silver — stamped, hallmarked, and guaranteed for life. No plating, no silver-filled, no hollow casts. If it says silver on Chrome Hearts, it's silver all the way through.
Do you use real 22K gold?
Yes. Our gold pieces are solid 22K gold — never plated, never filled. 22K gives us the rich, deep yellow tone that plated alternatives cannot match. Every gold piece is hallmarked and weighed at the bench before it ships.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Sterling silver tarnishes honestly over time — that's part of the character. To clean: use a soft polishing cloth (included with every piece). Avoid chemicals, chlorine, perfume and lotions. Store pieces separately in the anti-tarnish pouch we provide. For heavier oxidation, our bench offers complimentary re-polishing for the lifetime of the piece.
Why are your pieces priced as they are?
Because solid .925 silver, real 22K gold and hand-finishing at the bench are expensive — and we refuse to cut corners. You're paying for weight, craft and permanence. Compare the gram weight of one of our rings to a plated alternative and the math becomes obvious. These pieces are built to outlast you, and priced accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We process payments securely through Stripe. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For high-value orders or international wire transfers, contact us directly.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure — the same standard used by the world's largest retailers. We never see or store your full card details. Our site runs on HTTPS with end-to-end encryption on every transaction.
