Summary: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging. Approved returns receive store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies.
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@chrome-universe.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Items received in unsatisfactory condition will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
Store credit:
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit amount. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing costs.
Example: A $1,000 item return would result in $850 in store credit after the 15% restocking fee.

Chrome Hearts LLC is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit. If a returned package does not reach us, no store credit will be issued.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described on our website, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@chrome-universe.com with:
For confirmed defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue either a replacement or a full store credit (no restocking fee) at our discretion.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please initiate a return for store credit and place a new order.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@chrome-universe.com with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
